Carter is a flat out STUD and probably my favorite recruit this cycle except for maybe Thomas (the LB)

this kid has elite athleticism at the DB spot. 1st round NFL type talent. in our backyard. anyone who questions him being at the top of our board is well an idiot

Carter is an absolute beast. Most underrated player in our class so far imo. Kid will be a five star by the time he's done with his senior year.
