Coley's worth the risk..but i think his grades situation a the end of this quarter will show alot.

At the wr spot..for the most part we have a lot of "subdued" quiet types...he wont be infiltrating that crew with his attitude to much..he already is cool with the Duke's and Travis Howard's, Bush etc...

I dont know..but imo...i'll go all in on that kid....best wr in S.Fla should ALWAYS have a schollie opportunity.

Agreed but if it really is grades then we don't have a choice

what if he pulls a Ray ray and gets in trouble with agents while we are on probation?

that can legit mean death penalty

Wow yeah, that fits in perfectly with what we are going through right now.

Talked to one of his teachers tonight, she gave me a completely different take on him, said he's turned it around attitude wise, even though his brother is still a ****head and a bad influence. Said he's very intelligent, and can easily get the scores to qualify. This is the same info she gave corch Jimbo a few weeks ago.

I am skeptical of this information. Kids ALWAYS turn it around at the end of the grading period (which was a week ago). I'd like to hear some more of this before I believe it blindly.

Well, she said that it's been a work in progress, and that it's no different than a majority of the students in that school, but that he's actually showing signs of improved attitude and better grades, and she insisted that he was very smart, and could certainly get the scores he needed. Again, could not say more about how much of a thug his brother is and how he's not looking for anything else in his life, and how poorly it's Prolly influencing Stacy. Spoke very highly of coach Bennett, and how he's handling him.

What I don´t like in this kid is what I read about his attitude on the field.

Off the field I think we will have the leadership to guide him...

Normally I don't like risky guys but this coaching staff has a good track record of exposing and purging bad apples .

Seems like the kid needs good mentors........like Mike Barrow and George McDonald...... and there's probably a good chance that Ray Lewis will be spending some extra time on campus over the next 4-5 years. I'm all in for him.
