I swear these recruits just want to make as many announcements on twitter as they can. They announce all their offers, offers to play in an all star game, which all star game they'll play in, their top 15, top 10, top 5, who they're committing to, then that they're still open, and then that they are shutting down their recruitment. College football coaches have a **** of a job.
