Perryman coming back for his senior year

wow based on the past couple days i thought good news was forbidden form the website

Anyone downplaying this should slap themselves silly.

HUGE bonus for our defense. A leader. A beast. Took a ridiculous amount of flak down the stretch much like Spence and CMac did. Having him back with such a young group is massive.

I have learned from a reliable source that #UM # Canes LB Denzel Perryman has not yet made a decision re NFL Draft.

Sources, schmorses. Why hasn't Denzel come out himself, a la Chickillo, and picked a direction already. Lots of players are announcing their intent this week. If he's waiting on Golden and to see if the Penn State job gets filled, so be it, but when one side is saying he's going and the other that he's staying, you think he'd come out and confirm at this point.

True. But, of course, the Golden bashers wouldn't give him credit for Perryman staying either. If Perryman left I guarantee the mopes would be whining about how it was because he doesn't want to play for Golden. But him staying, of course, isn't because he does.

Couldn't agree more.

Honestly, I figured he was gone. 3rd round projection is more money than most people would make in 30 years, and that's before he shows that he's 240lbs+ of solid muscle and the strongest linebacker available, not to mention one of the most athletic.

I'd pick Denzel over a 215lb Shazier.

Now we get a 245 lb beast in what amounts to a contract year fighting for his family's future.
He's going to have a big senior year.

DP needs to play inside and would love to see him play a bit closer to the line...big for us that he will be back!

Now who's the instigator? There hasn't been one negative post and yet you come out bashing other posters. Trying to stir up the pot, or just taking a bit of good news and throwing it into people's faces? Either way, you're part of the problem, not the cure.
