I give Pat Narduzzi the benefit of the doubt when it comes to hiring a defensive staff and installing a defense. Elite defensive mind and teacher of defense IMO.

Similarly, I give Richt credit as an offensive coach, and note that we're not having trouble landing recruits on that side of the ball
