Does it really matter. He is our head coach and if we are true UM fans we will stand behind Golden and UM. For those of you that won't I guess you can find another school to root for or follow a Pro football team.

So if you dont support whoever is the HC, then you are anti-Miami? Even if it is obvious that they are hurting the Miami program? I guess that was the stance most Penn State fans took........
 
It is not obvious to the school and it's administration. Unless some of us are willing to ante up and convince Shalala to buy him out there is nothing we can do. That is why I will root for my alma mater and hence root for Al Golden.

Yeah but as a fan of the program and an active member on this board I will voice my opinion, and can still be a true fan of the program. History has already proven that this view point proved correct with the last 2 regimes.
 
Being able to voice your opinion is a wonderful trait of democracy. Voicing your opinion irregardless of whether it hurts your team or your teams recruiting is a terrible trait of selfishness.

If that is your stance, you must really hate sites like this which encourage free thought and opinion about one's favorite program.
 
Free thoughts and opinions are wonderful. I am all for it. We also must do it responsibly. In life we must do all things responsibly. If not there always are consequences.
