Get Patten and Lammons and lock the back door. If we miss on Patten, give Trumaine Washington a good look. Or bring Jojo in as a DB. Not a big fan of his WR skills. Think there are guys alot higher on our WR big board. But he is a great athlete and you can never have too many of those in your secondary.

And some of you need to forgive Ice. He made a mistake. And he admitted it. I dont think they are purposely telling kids not to go to UM. Is he bending over backwards for us like he use to? Maybe not. But if a kid comes to him and says that UM is the school he wants to committ to I think Ice will give his blessing.

Seriously, ice was the only reason MT even visited, granted the temper tantrum he threw when we pulled Kirk's scholly was uncalled for, but its not like he pushed them away like people insist

thats what i was gonna say...i doubt he is pushing kids away from the u....now he probably is not going to war as hard as he was before on getting kids to.....but dont think a guy with two kids with um degrees(and is a cane fan) is "hating" as was stated during the fiasco.

we'll likely recruit 3 of his kids this yr. And were looking good for Chad and Patten...two kids i take all day...

Patten remind me of Terrell Buckley kid is always in a wr's pocket

Does he have the grades? There r some suspect schools in his offer list... WVU, Marshall, UCF, etc. Just wondering?

If Marshal ends up in his top three is when you should worry. Marshal sends out a lot of early offers in S Fla.

Pete said it before but it's really true, these schools typically offer more SouthFlorida prospects: WVU, Louisville, Clemson, Marshall, W. Michigan, & S. Alabama. Then obviously the other Florida schools.
 
i'd rather Miami take Patten over Lammons then go after an ideal sized CB... but i dont know how many they want in this class.

Yeah I don' have an issue with 2 smaller cbs in this class simply because the classes prior have had plenty of guys with size. Next year, make it a point to bring in more of a plus sized guy at the spot and you're fine. If Patten and Lammons both develop into above average cover guys I think we're just fine, anyway
