Our starting LBs are huge now

Cotdam @ DP running around at that size. As soon as I saw Perryman kit that USF kid, I knew he wasn't coming back in.

Anyone got a clip of that?

5'11" ish is probably closer to reality. **** that boy hits hard though! I'm not sure Eveld knew what stadium he was in after getting lit up! I think El Presidente' also got BC's QB last year too. Took him a minute to introduce air back into his lungs lol.

You know our LBs are bigger than UFs and LSU LBs. All of ours are bigger than all of theirs. Bama and UGA play strictly 3-4. Their LBs have to be big.

In the end being prepared is better than how big you are.

The ones who more often than not fail in the NFL? Those Bama backers? I don't need 260 lb linebackers. Bama's defensive success turns on its dominance up front and the skill at the corner position. I like that we're bigger, but I don't want a bunch of lumbering giants.
 
No hit was more severe than the one he put on USF QB. That **** was crazy. He knocked him clean out

Like Gaines at 240. His problem for me has always been that he gets himself in the right position and then gets run over. Started to see him reverse that trend toward the end of last season, including a few times he brought the lumber against USF, and getting up to that weight can only help.

**** i lost my breath for a second after the rettig hit. Im gonna teach my kid how to hit a baseball instead
 
DP is a man now. There was a thread about it earlier this summer.

If he stays healthy, he'll make us proud.

We're seeing the maturation of the team manifest itself.

I hope DP doesn't get any bigger....as I don't want him to slow down, and not be able to catch anyone to make a hit.

At 6'0, he should stay aroud 235lbs.

It's my hope that they're taking into account that Denzel Perryman will lose some weight during the season, becasue 243+ LBs seems to big for a guy thats only 6'0.
