Our band showing some SWAG

I don't know what the issue is with some of you guys; team is winning, girls in the band look hot as ****, kids are having fun...life looks pretty good to me. If I am a HS senior or even thinking about going to the U I watch that and think it looks like fun.

**** I wish I wasn't just writing checks for my kid to be there and if I could do it all again....life in Miami looks pretty good

So the choreographed dance by the kid who wore a vest to a football game is now considered swag? Someone post a link of the Cotton Bowl game, quickly.

Anything that makes student sing with the band and and enjoy game day experience I am all for it. Students did not enjoy going to games before and we are not in a college town in the middle of nowhere.

Students did not enjoy going to games before? What kind of ***** **** is this? I get it, the football team has been down lately, but what the **** else do you have to do on a Saturday that would be more enjoyable than to go tailgate all day, hang out with your friends and see a football game? If this is true, our students have gotten soft.
 
Like I said in the other thread, it's not the song, it's the original video. Original video is so ridiculous is hilarious. My kids love it. The fact that the students incorporated other ACC mascots is creative. What's not to like about having Sebastian front and center? The kids are having fun and what they did is going viral. Great exposure. Lighten up. LoL.

I dont think anyone really cares that much one way or the other. I just have a hard time describing it as "swag." It may look beyond ridiculous, but if the students enjoy it, so be it. Of course 10 years from now when nobody remembers that song, those kids are going to hope this video gets removed from youtube.

Two important items of note:

1) Pentagon Cane is posting on this site. We've arrived!!

2) As usual, he is correct. Its college kids having creative fun with the latest craze. 15 minutes from now (i.e.: next season), this song will be long gone and the kids wont want to do it. For now, its popular and fun.

These kids will remember this the rest of their lives. It's their generation.
