Really good hire by Boise State, Plough is an OC that I’ve mentioned before on the board when we were searching for OC’s.

Very smart X’s & O’s guy, his passing Offense at UC Davis was highly innovative.

I understand the criticism and frustration but this is a little off base in my view. At a very minimum, he still does have DL coach to get figured out so it's not like no discussions are happening. And we've seen that Manny keeps everything close to the vest. I'm not saying it's not amateur hour at Hecht but to make a definitive statement that nothing is happening is taking it too far in my view.
