@htownkidd Belk getting bumped up, because there was a report from yesterday that Kirby Smart was looking into to hiring Belk to replace Charloton Warren as their DB’s coach. Smart move by Holgorsen because Belk has become a hot name that’s getting mentioned for several jobs that have opened at P5 schools.

He was at TAMU before he got the Cowboys job, he played & started out coaching at Baylor, then had short stints in Valdosta St & James Madison, then was at Buffalo with Jeff Quinn, then Iowa State on Paul Rhoads staff, then was at Miss St with Mullen, then for a season at Minnesota on PJ Fleck’s staff, then TAMU & Dallas Cowboys.
That’s a pretty good pickup for Harbaugh, Coach Linguist is a good recruiter.

There’s a rumor that Urban Meyer is looking to hire our long time Pass Defense coordinator/Secondary Coach Chris Hewitt as his DC. That would hurt big time for us because Hewitt is legit one of the best Secondary coaches in the entire league, he’s been with the Ravens since 2012 & is a vital pice of our Defensive staff.
I hope he doesn’t leave, because he’s one of the few guys that’s very difficult to replace.

Saban hires O'Brien to be his OC and now appears that he will hire Doug Marrone to be his OL coach...one team hires guys from the NFL while at Miami, Manny Diaz keeps guys that can't coach and puts it on himself to call the defensive plays....

And brethren, we ain’t there. Bama are The Carrington’s & we are The Clampetts. We got the $$$, but we be doing some Hillbilly chit like demoting our worst on-field recruiter to the recruiting dept, and paying a DC who ain’t a DC to still be the DC. Lol.
