OT: Dumpster fire has upgraded over in Tenn

I love how people are mad at Larry Scott for taking a larger paycheck. He did right by UMiami, he filled in well when he could have easily done what guys like Coley and D'Onofrio did, and that's barely show up. I would have loved for him to have stayed on as TE coach, but I'm not going to begrudge him a payday and maybe an opportunity to call plays down the line. The guy is a quality position coach, no matter how you slice it, and a solid man to boot. That said, if things do fall apart at Tennessee, and he's on the market, Richt should at least inquire.
You should tongue that scumbag's balls if you're so into him.

Why am I not shocked that you wouldn't have perspective on this topic. Whether you want to admit it or not, coaching at the University of Miami is a mere job for most of the people on the staff. They aren't fans, they are trying to further their own careers. If there is a better paying opportunity out there for someone, I have no problem with them taking it. I'm not going to sit here and **** on a guy, just because he did what he thought was best for his career. Larry Scott wanted to be at Tennessee(He felt jipped or whatever here, that's his prerogative) , we're all adults here, it's not like he pulled what local hero Mario Cristobal did a couple of years ago. He is a quality position coach, his record here is a testament to that. End of discussion. Then again, a lot of people around here are so desperate to be snarky, it comes off as a bunch of bull**** posturing.

Probably has to do more with Scott starting to go after all of our recruits. Also with Tennessee's tactics of offering every single guy we offer after the fact.
