Sure… but that used to be done with humor, wit, and securing local funding appropriations.Just a politician looking for easy points with his electorate.
I just hope the police escorting the coaches on the field pull out their guns and arrest players right then and there.Sure… but that used to be done with humor, wit, and securing local funding appropriations.
Not its let’s make a new felony.
Of course it’s true that politics have become totally and completely unserious. We’re in the F-around phase… the find out is coming and people are not going to like it.
No one want to see violent brawls and law enforcement/security put at risk. Well, most of us anyway. There are fake message board goons here too.

B1G fined everyone and said 'No Mas'.
Speak for yourself. I think every rivalry game should end with the flag of the winning team being planted at midfield. IF a brawl breaks out then so be it. To the victor goes the spoils.Beyond retarded that this qualifies as a felony.
But I also think it's poor sportsmanship all around.
Shake hands, talk a little ****, and upper deck the toilets in the visitor locker room before boarding the bus.
I mean this is american law enforcement we're talking about so they just might claim they "feared for their life" and start shooting indiscriminately into the crowd. No one want to see violent brawls and law enforcement/security put at risk.
