I agree with your point. I wasnt lucky enough to attend Miami for financial reasons. I haven't met any alumni here but they should definitely be going to games to support

Agreed.

I am aware of a rival alumni/fan group (FSU) in the Tampa Bay area that in the past has organized bus trips to home games and some away games.

Price was $60-75 for the ride up and back if memory serves me right. No clue how parking at SunLife would impact this, if at all.

I am unaware of such events for the Hurricanes. Admittedly, I may not participate, due to driving myself or with others.

Some of us don't have the extra 6 hours because we work on the weekends and have kids. Plus, the Cane watch parties aren't limited to home games.

Are those the younger, more fun to be around Alumni or the older, graybeards who know all the historic trivia about Miami, but only know 3 players on the current squad?

Some awesome Alumni here yesterday. Hung out with Alphonso who is an active alumnus. Katie is from class of 09 and knows her shtuff. Plus Andrew Bain swung by to say hi.
