Taxes. It's not ant different than any other option in the world where there's a legal and illegal way of receiving payment. Why would any player risk taking an illegal bag when he can get it legally? It's not even that hard to be NIL compliant. Doesn't make sense.
Not the same. Dude's been in his home state the whole time. We're dealing with kids who've already been 2000+ miles from home their entire college career...Just a point ..but UF got Louisiana OL Torrence to spurn home town LSU to transfer to Florida with old staff.
They beat us for that French JUCO DLman too.Weren't both the guys they beat Miami for from Alabama?

Yes but the NCAA on your *** for the under the table payments is nothing compared to the IRS. Anyone taking under the table money, or not paying taxes on NIL, is a absolute fool.Taxes. We've all been waiting for the IRS to do something about those under the table payments to players for over five decades. They've never done a single thing nor will they now. As for the not paying taxes on actual legit NIL deals they are absolutely total fools and some will certainly still do it.Yes but the NCAA on your *** for the under the table payments is nothing compared to the IRS. My favorite dog I've ever had was named Capone. Red nose pit bull that made it to a few months shy of 15.
@AtlAtty would've gotten Capone off back in the day.
