Don't underestimate the likelihood of Chad getting a very long look for some role. He has a really good offensive mind, and people respect him. Although, I don't think it happens as he is settled well in Boston. @Canesfreak can add more than I can on this one.

And basing his abilities on his tenure with the Browns? You mean, compared to all those other great coaches who have been hyper-successful in Cleveland???

Chuck Pagano has only been retired for 11 months. His last gig as DC with the Bears were pretty good. (#4 in 2019, #14 in 2020). Wonder if he'd be interested in returning.
