Guess we'll have to agree to disagree on that one. Unless the difference in money is enormous, being in a toxic environment can be a huge part of the reason someone flames out and could cost someone a lot in the long run. Situation, stability, who you are surrounded by, team dynamics, coaching dynamics, fit, culture, etc can play a big role in one's mental state, development, and future direction.

In all honesty I would be more nervous if it was the other way around, especially with how Mario gets with the bye week and recruiting.

Yes he’s big on recruiting but he’s also big on culture. How do you build or preach culture if you’re not even in the football building lol.

Imagine going to UF for a visit and watching them lose and then saying I've seen enough I'm committed. LOL That would put to rest any doubts about ("It's all about the $$$).

Oh no I get it bro. we seem to agree on things 99% of the time. I was saying basically the same **** yesterday and got crushed for it. Men talk straight bro. If your are playing the visits and recruiting game for money, just put your name on it. These guys that think wins and/or culture matter to these parents/kids that are committing/flipping last minute are crazy. It’s about $$$$. Doesn’t bother me one bit, just stating the obvious like you…

Wiley was supposed to be on an official visit where you stay multiple days. Not saying he’s coming here. Also not feeling how things how things have played out in regard to this recruitment but there is a diff between unofficial and official visits

I agree but just feel like we should be in a spot where we don’t need to choose either or when the opponent is a garbage ACC school. Happy with the win. It usually comes down to the money anyways.

Hey I hear ya… a reminder that we have serious issues with our defensive secondary and those boys need to figure it out or we’re talking offseason moves and a mid tier bowl instead of ACCCG and playoffs

Coaches need to focus on coaching this team on the field and the off the field analysts/support group needs to earn their keep during these next few weeks
