It's bizarre considering the potential that unit had heading into the new season, but Burnett and Lecomte seemed like transfer candidates to me early in their arrival. Burnett had a hard time buying in with the offense despite the skill and Lecomte while at time showed flashes of skill, was bound to lose minutes with Newton, Palmer, Mcllellan, Rodriguez and even Lawrence eating his minutes.

Sherman struck me as a surprise, I thought his versatility would have provided a lot for this team down the stretch. Him, Jekiri, Murphy and Izundu would have been great for ACC play

I'm aware he transferred because of grades, but it still came as a shock to me.
 
Really, really disappointing. Will never understand how these guys can't do the absolute minimum to pass their courses, they can get all the tutoring and assistance they can shake a stick at and can be guided to easier majors. Good thing Uceda started playing better at the end of last season, but this hurts us for 2017 and beyond. I thought Omar could have developed into a poor man's Kadji down the road....
 
some put in the effort some don't, it's disappointing but if he wasn't putting in the work we didn't want him anyway
