Don't get me wrong, having to many QB's is never a bad problem, but after talking to my boy Shane Mcdermott he said Baby Jesus is the real deal and he fully expects him to take off in the spring. Also mentioned that Olsen just has that "it" factor and you can tell he comes from a great family of football. Kaaya not being enrolled in spring will hurt his learning curve and we should expect Olsen to take full advantage. Kaaya will red shirt next year and Ryan Williams to be the 2nd string.

Our Jaguars quarterback had great hair and that didn't turn out so good.

Rather Olsen wins the job, due to the fact that williams will only start for 2014. That 2015 season can be real special with returning QB.

9/10 spread/spread option QBs in the NFL are garbage. Gabbert falls in that 9. Dalton is trending that way. Kapernick is the 1/10. I hope. JAX can turn it around with Henne. He's their best chance.

What's good KC?

I like Olsen to start...but it will be a good race for the starting job. Ryan Williams has the experience but I think that Olsen with a full spring going into this year he will look GREAT! Look at all the other RS quarterbacks and their success so I don't see why Olsen can't do the same.

Olsen came in as a brand name, he missed his senior season pretty much and if he was going to be the future he would of been the started this upcoming up season

Kaaya is more of a field general type and I think he comes in more focused than Olsen. I would love for Olsen to step it up and take over but if it hasn't happened yet.. it probably won't

I also think Kaaya has that "it" factor where you can count on him not to give up and giggle and eat a sneakers bar on the sideline while we lose a game.

The way you framed it, feels like the QB position has great potential, I am a wait and see how this unfolds.

Even if Kevin put in work you think Al with his loyalty to seniors would let KO start over Mr Morris? That answer would be a resounding no...

Starting Olsen kills Golden's excuse for 2014 "But...but...wait till next year! We'll have a Heisman contender at QB!"

What the **** kind of logic is that?

If Olsen doesn't win the job next season. He will really be the outcast. It won't have nothing to do with Williams maybe be good, or that Golden just went with the upperclassman. It will be, that he wasn't focused, or wasn't good enough. Which i would love to know. Where the "he wasn't focused" bit comes from?

This offseason is olsens job to lose in my eyes...

kayaa I think needs to shirt realistically unless he is just head and shoulders that much better in the battles leading up to the season...

but if olsen concedes to Williams this season I expect his *** to ride pine till he eventually transfers.. boy better have his head on ready to battle
