He’s an OT, so you can really only compare him to other prospective OT’s.

He’s not a take over Samson Okunlola or Francis Mauigoa.

So it comes down to how you grade him vs Monroe Freeling, Chase Bisontis & Payton Kirkland

I thought the whole falling out between Miami and Kirkland was that we were recruiting him as a versatile OL that'll start out at OG? Instead of purely an OT.

I’m not disputing that, but that’s not really germane to my point...

I’m just saying in response to OP’s question that Olaus’s value is simply a matter of how you grade him vs the other OT’s we either have committed or are/were in pursuit of. I included Kirkland because he’s seen as an OT, whether or not he’ll stick at the position doesn’t really matter to this discussion, just as of right now he’s viewed as an OT.
