I think out of all the OL we are recruiting this kid has the highest boom or bust potential. Size, strength, and potential to be All Conf or better.

But he has gotten worked at camps to some degree and definitely has some work to do(Like most OL but for this ranking he has at least 2-3 years before you really know if he was worth it). Could easily be at Finlandia in 2 years.

Olaus would have been a nice addition ... to be developed into a quality guard. Guards are easier to find than elite OT's. Believe that was one of the issues with Alinen ... he wants to play tackle and Mario said Guard all the way. Samson is the best OT period ... fingers crossed.

Can't win them all. We're on a great trajectory overall, but there will be losses along the way. That's just the nature of recruiting, especially during a rebuild.
