LB from University. I'm telling you guys he is worth another look from the staff

Gogeta has been on the Travis Johnson/ Skai Moore bandwagon forever and when gogeta talks you should probably listen.

With both Witt and Johnson up in the air I wouldn't mind seeing another LB in the mix.

From DMoney's recent review: "Skai Moore was the best defensive player on either team, but I worry about his growth potential. It's one thing to be undersized in high school, but his lower-body is thin and he's just a small guy."

From ESPN: 6'3" 195
From Rivals: 6'2" 210
From 247Sports: 6'3" 215
From Scout: 6'3" 210

Are these sites that far off? Does he have some bizarre alien body where he's carrying 200 as a HS senior but really does have a lower body with no growth potential?

Odd.... D$ or others that have seen him live, what's the deal?
 
How big is our class? We can't take em all. If we get Grace and Thomas at LB, with what we already got, that's pretty good for me.
 
If we were taking a full 25 this year, all 3 of the University kids would be in it. At 16-17, probably not enough room.

I hate this "we're only taking 16-17" talk...even if its true, it should be ****. There are a lot of players I've already seen enough of and would like to see them wished all of the best in their future endeavors. And, in turn, take someone else that I haven't seen in Orange and Green yet.

This, there is bound to be more attrition at the end of the season. Get on the kids now so when the spots open up we are already in the ball game.

This was based on the eye-test from the stands. I could be off.

But he's a **** of a player. If we offer, I'm down. If we don't, I assume it's because of size.
 
I like Skai's Teammate. That DL that committed to Rutgers. Now That kid is a beast. Internicola is his name i think?

Weird, I was at the same game with D$ and Pete and he looks nowhere near 6'2. I'd guess 5'11 to be honest. Also, Jordan Cunningham aint not 6'3.

canes hes a legit 6'2 +.....

hes probably weight wise around 205-210....he's not THAT..undersized if you would say....he has growth potential...skai is wiry...kid will be 225 and still look skinny...like ive said hes my best friends cousin and they have similar body types and my boi got up to 220-225 rather easy as soon as he got to college.

if we're looking for a third linebacker we should offer skai...he'll be legit on specials and is another sideline to sideline backer.

Everyone seems to only have positive thoughts about this kid... is he Plan B if thomas goes elsewhere?? He seems to be built similar to Thomas with not as big of a frame or ceiling.

Skai has potential for growth.....take it from someone that know his family well....Mom is 5'11 Dad is 6'7 and he's not even 18 yrs yet. He's 6'2.5" and 205 lbs.

He blocked a punt in the Chaminade game and looked to have a nasty demeanor.

You guys are convincing me on this dude, because he has delivered both times I've watched him.

Rayne, gogeta and anyone else, do you know if he likes the U?
