Playing Reggie is just not fair to the rest of this team.

Illinois plan is to pressure Larkin. Right now he is reading that and inviting the double and even the triple. Once he get rid of the ball if we make that good second pass to the open guy Illinois is done. That's there game plan on d. We have had some good looks and then we have had some bad ones. That last play with Reggie was a perfect example. Shane is all over the double but you have to finish once he passes out of it or dribbles out of it.

I'm sorry I should clarify. What I meant was based on what Ill is trying to do defensively I don't think it suits Scott's style as much. Shane has to break the double and then it's needs to be a two pass to an open shooter.

It's not seeming to be a drive and slash type of game.

Illinois is playing pretty good defense. I think we need to keep mixing it up. Get the ball down low and kick it out when we have a guy open. Also need to get back on defense fast as this is where Illinois has hit all their 3s
