You don't have to believe it, but that's what the case is. That's what happens when you chase external things that have nothing to do with what you do on a day to day basis. It's one of the things that makes Golden so good. He makes it about perfecting every second of every minute. You a great job on one rep and then you do it again...and again...and again...and again.

As cliche as the phrase is, it's truly about the process and I feared this for this team even when they were playing really well. They don't seem to be as process oriented as most great teams are and are driven by critics, lack of recognition, or lack of respect. Once the lack of respect card is gone...what are they playing for?
