I could see more hybrid / multiple type stuff coming down the road. Even though base defenses are pretty much nickel in todays CFB. I do expect it to look different.

If Strong is promoted to DC, we will be much more aggressive on defense for sure.

I figured as well but it seems to be a focus though. Bain was a priority, Jayden is technically a tweener because he’ll probably play at 270. For a team that plays with 4 linemen we’re sure are recruiting more tweeners than true edge guys.

I don’t think they’re as big on him as some thought. In coaching circles hes not viewed as the same guy as a couple years ago. Mauigoa is likely the mike unless they take two , which would be odd.

I know, should be grateful for his backing, but this crew moves slow as ****. AND, just have the idea that Cristobal values his baby, the HS class, more than anything.
