Notre Dame game

Larranaga is NOT the problem. This athletic department is. Every year he has to scratch around (going overseas, etc.) to persuade any decent players to come to this school. His teams are almost always thin and undermanned.

So our Athletic Dept is reasons why we dont get high profile basketball recruits?

Is there ANYTHING Miami doesn't suck like **** in as far as athletics are concerned. Worst athletic department of any Div. 1 school. NO ONE IS WORSE! Just disgusting!

Kill yourself

Yeah. Keep putting up with this chit year after year. That's just what our cheap *** admins wants.

Larranaga is 87-48(41-29)

Yeah, what did that post even mean? Frank Haith had a .384 winning % in the ACC and that guy is complaining about Coach L and the administration putting up with going 10-8 in the ACC? Coach L has had a winning record in the ACC 3 of his 4 years as coach.

Thank you...many of our "fans" are hilarious and just need to hang on to the band wagon for longer than 2-3 years spurts. Coach L is by and far the best coach we have in Coral Gables, and it is't even remotely close. What he has done since he arrived is simply miraculous by UM Basketball standards outside of the Hamilton days. S&C program has not only improved, just actually developed..lol...we win an ACC Championship in a sport that had to be considered the most ridiculous long shot of the 3 major mens sports at UM considering the level of competition in ACC basketball.

Simply hilarious that anybody wants to ***** about a basketball coach at UM that has a team with little to no experience playing together outside of an offseason jaunt to Spain...and takes them to a winning ACC record and arguably what should have been an invite into the dance.

Next year should be fun.

UM

It can be put very simply...Larranaga has a .710 winning % which is only second to Tom McCann who coached in the 20's and 30's (.811). At .710 he is the best since the program was revived in 1985 and the closest is Frank Haith at .561.
