Seems smart but I can also see eventually someone gets sued for adding more fees than needed or make it optional. This is where it worries me about the ‘salaries’ being discussed for students through the university since these programs are just much larger than UM in terms of enrollment and dollars generated via athletics (ie nobody at the games and Ross keeps all the major dollars)

Their AD recently said how far behind they are the top teams in NIL, currently sitting around $5-7 million which he said was about middle of the road for the SEC.
Which made me laugh since FSU allegedly spent $12 million and calling them a dumpster fire is an insult to dumpster fires.
