He took the dumpster fire Skup holtz left at USF and had them playing great when he left. I think with leavitt @ with him at Oregon they'll be very good soon. He's also a great recruiter

Every year he’s getting less and less

He doesn't get paid less does he? They just owe him less if they fire him in 2019 than if they did it now but they will have already paid him that in salary for those 2 years.

Seems like a silly move to me, but who knows what he's thinking? Maybe he'll move rather than fire his coaches, some dudes just can't be wrong.
