Nobody has mentioned this..but our Oline

Oline is fantastic. We don't rely on them enough. We have zero commitment to the run. I have yet to see a team completely shut down the.run. we pop big runs in every game. Has either back had more than 20 carries in a game? Has morris attempted less than 35 passes in a game.

If we had Portis or Edge back there, I am willing to bet our O-Line blocking would magically improve. We dont line up like Bama with 7 offensive linemen, a fulback and run it between the hashes either. But I bet if we did, we would have more success than Morris throwing a couple of bullets to the TE's who play tip drill with the pigskin instead of catching it.

Your kidding me the run blocking had been horrendous the past two weeks, Stephen was running for his life several times....they started out great at the beginning but when dames d made the adjustments, there was nothing we could do

Best pass protecting unit I've seen here in a long time. They are legit protecting Morris.

We need to run tho. We pass 50 times a game.

Commit to the run game.

If we "commit to the run" we may not score another point all season aside from Duke randomly making something out of nothing and taking one to the house. The only way this offense moves the ball is through the air. As good as this line is at pass blocking, that's how horrid they are at run blocking.

Get the fullback in there and have them play man up and see how that improves

The idea that our line is "horrid" at run blocking is a joke. The team runs the ball well when they try, see, e.g., GT or BC. You can argue the chicken or the egg, but something tells me that Mike James would be more effective with more than two ******* carries, and our gigantic talented OL would be more effective running the ball if they actually committed to it and didn't do it half-assed.

Seantrel was the best player in a Canes uni on Saturday night to be quite honest with you. They had their best DE on him and I only recall one play where he got the best of Seantrel. Dude was playing very well out there considering all the time he's missed.
