Did they forget to make a map? WTF? I assume Chattanooga will get the Miami game, but who knows.

But they usually put out maps for all of their regional games. They had a map for Miami-FSU earlier this year.

Well that sucks, I guess I need to buy on the gameplan package this week. That is usually an option for those of you who can purchase the gameplan by the week. I know direct TV allows it.

I have done this and recently. For DirecTv you can't buy gameplan for 1 week. You can buy a single game on PPV for $25, or you can buy Gameplan for a half season for $75.

Either option will be low def, thats what I like to call it instead of standard def, depending on the game they can be really bad to the point that if you are watching on a HD screen that sometimes you can't even read the scores.

To be honest, ESPN3 is just as good an option as Gameplan until they upgrade to HD don't give them your money.

I have time warner for internet, ESPN 3 isn't an option. I have had the gameplan in the past, I know the picture quality sucks, however if I want to watch the game at home that's my best option.

No Directv for me either.

What time is the party? Want me to bring anything?

Lot's of Bourbon, if they lose I may need to drink myself into a stuper.

Time Warner and ESPN have an agreement. You still cant watch ESPN3 on your Xbox, but you can watch it on the computer. When you go to ESPN3, select Time Warner as your provider, and then it will ask you to log into your TM account. After that, you will have full ESPN3 access.

****, hope you're right CaneDaddy. I tried to watch the VT game replay on ESPN3 and it didn't list TW as a provider.

Maybe I'm just dumb, which is entirely possible and is something my wife has been saying for years, but I still don't understand why ESPN did not publish a map for the Noon games. Are we just supposed to guess? I have 4-5 friends coming over to watch the game, and I don't want to huddle around a computer or have to race out to a sports bar and miss the beginning of the game because they refuse to tell us what we'll get in certain areas.

yup its stupid they didn't publish a noon map. they really are not that good at the whole college football thing for as much as they pay for it. they can't get the maps out, the Low Def on Gameplan thing is crazy. Those games are broadcast in HD regionally, but if you buy gameplan its LD. If somebody ran it like the NFL Package with a RedZone channel and all games in HD they could sell a lot of packages even though most of the games are on cable throughout the year anyways.

Thats what the people like me who have 2 or 3 tv's or the bars would pay for.

I think they still will release the coverage maps for the noon games today. I don't know why they released the others earlier, but I can't imagine there will not be maps for the noon games as well.

As I said in the other thread, really can't tell if Chattanooga is yellow or blue. The dot for the local ABC station is in yellow, but based on that map, the city itself is in the blue part. If my direct tv guide doesn't update before Saturday, and the game doesn't come on at Noon, will I be able to order gameplan and immediately get the game?
