It’s becoming more business like. Perhaps when a kid signs a financial agreement to whoever they choose to play for there will be stipulations, such as for a period of time. Like a 3 or 4 year deal. A legal contract that can’t be broken without legal consequences. Put an end to the portal and at will transfers. One thing no one addresses about NIL is when a player who is still under the guise of a student don’t they have to also qualify academically? All these transfers and multiple transfers by many let’s be real are they really students. I don’t think so.
