This always becomes a touchy subject, but let's take the emotions out of it and look at what actually is going on-- we aren't going to our 'Bama, Bama. What we need to do is be concerned about schools like Georgia. The common battle ground with them should be North FL, not Dade and Broward. Their emphasis and success here needs to be counted 2 or 3 to 1. We shouldn't be splitting victory or losing to them in our own backyard. That was inexcusable.
No doubt the "support" system around Bama is real and unrivaled by anyone else, but let's not waste our time there, or de-emphasize the other, equally large portion of the equation: He's won, what, 5 of the last 8 NCs and the guy doesn't delegate recruiting the top of their board to anyone. He will personally land in a helicopter at your school to talk to you, and no one else, and then fly away. That's the crap you get away with when your Saban. He will win some big targets down here from now until he retires. But the Kirby Farts, Billy Backfarts and Fran Mullets are the guys you need to out-recruit. Do that, and Saban feels like less of an issue.
