Next First Rounder from The U?

I keep seeing posts that say DP doesn't hav the "measurables"... He's listed on the roster at 6 ft 230lbs... Jon Beason was 6ft 237 lbs at the NFL Combine...
Denzel is a legit 6 feet... The weight might be fluffed a bit.. But he's a true sophomore...
Maybe there wont be enough LBers taken in a first round.. But he's def first round talent...

Erek Flowers is top 10 pick
 
Seantrel if he stays another year... his lack of effort off the field will be his downfall if he leaves early... but with a strong senior year, he gets top dollar and a 1st round!

Bush and Flowers are the two guys I see with 1st round type physical tools to go along with the intangibles. Seantrel if he came back and had a huge offseason, but everyone seems to be insisting that he's gone.
 
Linder is an interior lineman who *may* be able to kick outside. He's unlikely to go in the first round.

Erek Flowers will be the next University of Miami Hurricane drafted in the first round. Behind him in that class, maybe Deon. Duke could sneak into the 1st round (ala the Muscle Hamster Doug Martin) if he leaves here 5' 9" 210ish.
 
Lets see if the players learned from last years draft fiasco, and guys like Porter and ST stay for their senior years.

Who cares? This isn't an NFL trade school. Lets win some ******* games.
 
we will have a 1st rounder before the freshmen get there.

DP isn't a legit 6 foot...I've stood next to Beason and Perryman in person, and DP is about an inch and a half shorter.
 
Porter and Henderson will be leaving a lot of money on the table if they go pro this year. We won't be back until guys stop leaving to become mid-round picks.You can't ever win if that's going on.

Agreed on Linder. He is a 2nd-3rd round guy. Bush is iffy. Seems you have to be the top safety in the country to get drafted in the 1st round but who knows.

Duke could definitely be a 1st rounder just because of the offenses we see these days.

Unfortunately I can't think of anyone that isn't a freshman.

D$ - agree on Linder. His NFL future is at Center. Smart enough to play anywhere but not big and fast enough to play OG or OT
 
I think Duke will easily go in the first round, but he will do like Ed Reed and stay for his senior season. Bush will be a late first rounder. I like Linder but his position is more likely to go in the second round unless you are a rare talent. He will be one of the best center prospects in the draft (even if he doesn't play center at Miami), so you never know. Henderson can easily go late first round as a right tackle prospect if he stays one more year.

Dark horse: Beau Sandland. Could be one and done, right?
