If Brock had been around in this era he would have gotten alot more respect. Buddy just came around the wrong time. Followed a Hurricane legend. Kinda like Craig Erickson but no ship'. But buddy never lost to FSU or FLA and gave us some **** good memories. Hes alright in my book. Cheers, Brock. (Lifting patron shot.)

This never gets old.

I wish coker had run a shotgun no-huddle offense. Brock won 3 championships in high school running that offense. The perfect balance to a championship defense.
 
I was stuck in gridlock on a ramp trying to get to my seat during the kickoff. But the deafening noise made it clear somebody ran it all the way back. hester turned out to be the best kick returner ever.

But the best OB experience ever was 1989 against ND. I've never heard a stadium so loud, especially after we converted the 3d and 43. It was an unbelievable experience

I don't really watch those old games anymore. It's today's team or bust. Watching those great teams is just too painful as compared to the one's losing to Virginia, North Carolina and FSU on a regular basis now.

I know, ABC sports did an amazing job. The intros today just arent the same anymore. One of my favorite things about making old game highlights is seeing all the great intros for each game.

Not only was I at the game, but I'm in this amazing highlight vid! Best Canes experience of my life, easily.
 
I remember being in vegas so ****ed, but I wouldn't leave the sports book swearing we'd find a way. Everyone left me and came back like 2 hrs later and I was ******* smashed out of my mind going nuts. Don't remember having so many emotional highs and lows from a game before...
