Its definitely recruiting related IMO. A kid like Bear Alexander is a layup for a S & C coach. The more high end caliber athletes you get your hands on it makes your strength staff look elite by default. Its tough asking Feeley to take a bunch of dudes with low genetic ceilings & turn them all into beasts.
