It's not, if they follow the leader that is, but I see your point. Need a strong confident and voiced leader.

I've coached and had 10 asst coaches under me as a DC but you have to convince and make sure the plan is clear every practise and play is clear so that you're all on the same page so all the coaches have the same answer for the same problems, because you consult as a group to work within your system.
