Facts! I normally like Max’s too. I’m guessing it was the blue and orange combination that made me seriously wanna gag. I love royal blue…. and I love orange. But putting em together is **** disgusting

Honestly I’ve heard two different things from two good sources. One person told me adidas is will never let Miami leave and is prepared to pay way up for the brand. The other source said Mario already has it done deal to either JB or Nike

It's not even about "highest bidder" anymore. People at UM know how much damage we have done to the UM brand over the past 10 plus years.

It goes beyond "right", though.
Adidas has been our partner for over 10 years. OK, so what, right? They had to be forced to pay us more after they re-upped with Louisville. Why does anyone think a desire to "pay up for the brand" will actually happen?
It really doesn't matter what adidas "wants". This is about what MIAMI wants. If we want to continue to run with the distant-second-place apparel company, because they "promise" to pay more, then we will consign ourselves to being an also-ran for the next decade.
We never should have switched away from Nike. We were THE ORIGINAL Nike all-apparel school. Not Oregon. Not North Carolina. MIAMI.
Time to dump adidas in the trash bin.
