In all seriousness though, this is awesome. One of the main reasons OL recruiting is so tough is that you have to account for growth potential. Some of these kids are already well over 300lbs in high school and they dominate just by being way bigger and stronger than 90% of the kids they go up against. When they get into college, they don't have the footwork or technique required because they've just mauled everyone since they were kids.
 
If no one has taken his spot by now then its obvious he's our best option, freshman or not. Everyone was saying Neal would start day 1 if he signed with UM so why get scared now. Just because a bunch of recruiting sites missed on him everyone wants to act like it's something negative. So far he's looking like the 2019 Ed Reed....from 2 star to a future beast. Put some respek on his name!

I just don’t know man! I’m assuming he went up against all the Top DE in our program and no red flags came up? Either he’s the gem of all gems or we really didn’t have any true Tackles! I’m going with the latter but praying for the former

It could be a little bit of both. It's definitely the latter, but hoping he's the gem we've all heard about, too. I haven't seen the dude take a single snap in an 11 on 11 college-level football practice yet. Would love to get a glimpse of what he looks like against Garvin, Hill, Rousseau and Patchan.

Nelson likely going up against Zuniga who is one of Florida's better players. I gone be focused on that battle.

I just posted about this. Zuniga is most disruptive when kicked inside on passing downs against guards. He was much more pedestrian as an edge rusher, lacks the twitchiness and speed needed to be elite on the edge.

You can do a lot worse than eating subway late at night after the training table meal...
We should have food available to players 24/7. Things like turkey wraps and other lean meats and veggies can be refrigerated and available whenever. Protein shakes and fruits should be set up for players at all times.
