I thought I would post some positive and negative stuff about the year since the season is all but over.

Perryman is the epitome of hit stick bust d!ck. When he hits a guy they stop in their tracks. He is a great tackler and the best LB on this team.

But he is awful in coverage and cannot cover the slot, RB, or TE. I cant count how many times he has given up a big play in pass coverage. If he stays next year and can make a dramatic leap in this part of his game it would really help the D.

Not a bashing thread. Just pointing out some observations.

We'll never know a kids maximum ability under D'onofrio. Just looking at his play (keeping the "scheme" in mind) he's not ready for the NFL. He hasn't been taught well..

I'm really interested to see where he's going to go in the NFL draft. Could be anywhere from a late 2nd if someone falls in love with him to an early 4th if he doesn't perform well at the Combine.

He is getting mocked in the mid 2nd.

One thing I notice with Denzel late into this season is he went from great tackler to just hard hitter. He would sometimes miss very easy tackles and just try to make the big hit. Quite disappointing. His coverage ability is as OP said, not great. Needs work but his potential is being noticed by the NFL.

He'll be a real good pro.

with the right team...he still needs work like OP mentioned...most NFL teams dont have the patience to work with Lbs on such obvious skills..
My bet he tears up the combine in 225s and speed....late 3rd round to a 4-3 team.....that will get him off the field on 3rd downs

figs is the same way. figs will risk himself. kirby also has mean intentions. if denzel comes back, out starters have potential
