All of this reminds me of Frank Pentangeli, oh Tom handle this for us.

Bet u this dude misses the handouts and wants Bevin to take care of him when he gets out
If he isn't saying it to the NCAA then who cares. Rub it in the NCAA's face.

Richardson probably sat on this for months, waiting to release it in time with the NCAA releasing the penalties. Great journalism right there. Shandel can sample from the same bag of ****s that Shapiro and Randy Philips ate from.

I hope you're wrong
He will be.
This gives ABC/ESPN @ 8pm next Saturday plenty to talk about.
Randy Phillips quotes will undoubtedly be shown and discussed.
And people think the NCAA doesn't know what they're doing lol
Better marketing skills than WWF in it's prime.
Things I hate

2. Famous ****
3. NCAA
4. Miami Herald
5. NCAA
6. "Sources"
7. FSU
8. NCAA
Lost in everything is that UM is rich. Our Trustees HATE the football team, but they LOVE Miami. Goizueta was CEO of Coke, he gave $1billion to Emory and hundreds of millions to UM (he graduated from Yale by the way!). Cru is Wharton and Bacardis never went anywhere. We just raised $1,5 billion, which puts the campaign up there with Georgetown ($1bn), Harvard, Penn and Stanford.
Do you really think they will risk a lawsuit? No! They will "appear" to be harsh, but we can surmount it. A ton of lost scholarships (ameliorated by keeping a huge 2014 class on appeal); extensive probationary period; and no TV for a bit (who cares, ACC will assuage 75% of the lost TV rights, in the end we are 1 team)!
10 per year over 3 years? That's a loss of 30 total scholarships. That's completely insane even by NCAA standards.I could see limiting us by 10 scholarships per year over 3 years. We would have to appeal because we have 26 commits; however, we are playing with 75 right now. It would mean being able to offer 15 scholarships during February 2015 and February 2016. We would be losing roughly 25 players each year, so in our worst year, we would be at 65 players.
No additional bow bans, though. Sounds like Golden already knows that (i.e. see his recent comments).
