Have yet to see where NCAA has officially accused any school of doing something wrong regarding nil. I think it is all BS reporting

Vish was on a podcast with Alex Donno on the Five Rings Sports Network a few days ago. He discusses the NIL witch-hunt, and says that the NCAA has no power here. The excerpt begins at around the 24:20 mark:

It is. This is about optics and ultimately trying — albeit futilely — to establish guidance. The genie is out of the bottle. We got juniors in high school signing NIL deals.
