NCAA firing VP of Enforcement...

We ain't skating anywhere,

We are gonna get it. No way they admit their agenda and MO by settling with us, after propegandizing Miami's "infractions" as the most notorious in the history of sport.

Well, I've got to think that this firing, which is directly related to our investigation, has to be an indication that their case is crumbling. U don't think so?

I think it's a calculated move on how they can "move forward" with the investigation while still putting on a show to save face...

or that they're trying to preserve their case by isolating their own wrongdoing to ONE person, excising that tumor then pronouncing their investigation fit as a fiddle to go on and bury our *** in service of their $EC payola masters

How bad would it be if the NCAA admits problems with the investigation and decides to start over from the beginning.......claiming that "this time" they will do it right.......:ohlord:

Oh, Im sure it is. That said, a MASSIVE chunk of their case goes with her.

I think the NCAA is about to spin this as such: Lach was released for not following inforcement compliance. The portion of the "damaged" investigation and evidence will be thrown out, however it is a small portion and they still have enough non-tainted evidence to move forward with the investigation. Whether this is true or not I highly doubt, but I don't think the NCAA is going to just say "ah, you know what everyone, we really messed up and now Miami gets nothing." I expect them to still TRY to send us their full report (minus the tainted evidence) and NOA and will pretty much just say "take it up with the COI." No way do they a) admit they ****ed up b) let us off the hook publicly c) allow us to bypass their bull**** system

My fear as well.

Also, to a an earlier post....I am not sure why folks keep asking if we are "to skate".
We've been punished already, so even if we don't get hit with additional sanctions, we will
have not "skated" at all.

I crack up when people here say Miami does or does not get punished. We already have given up 2 bowl bans and a championship game. We've been punished enough.

You know what would be a god send.... She gets ****ed off for being the virgin sacrifice to keep their investigation together.... She heads straight to the media and squeals like a pig.... On all the shady s*** they have been doing not just on our case but on everyones case....

Yeah, I'm not part of that group but by and large the general population is and perhaps so is the NCAA. Most people don't think we have been "punished" because Daddy hasn't smacked us officially. But we all know **** well we have been punished. Anyone who thinks that the NCAA is going to come out say we get time served is not correct in my opinion. They may turn around and give us no further sanctions and take our self-served punishment but I doubt there will be a public admission of "yes, they are done and get not further sanctions" until after we meet with the COI

I'm not sure why some on here don't get that the "We skate" thing is tongue-in-cheek.

BTW this is also the lady(UF grad) who sent the threatening letter to former players about talk or you will be considered guilty

We are gonna butt **** the NCAA if they try and pull some bull****. I have faith Donna and our lawyers have this covered. They fired the VP of enforcement hand picked by Emmert. Hey just tossed UM a fastball right down the middle

No, it's not. This is Julie Roe Lach, the VP for Enforcement. The chick who sent the letter was Molly Richman, Assistant Director for Enforcement. Both are on the Enforcement staff, but 2 different positions.

Crumbling? Skating?

Are you ******* kidding me?

We are already past the point of being ****ed. What's going on right now is just a ******* joke. We've already been hammered harder than we should have been.
