This "transition" class is nothing more than retaining kids already strong UM committs and cut some dead weight. Terrible effort thus far. He better win next year.
He held everybody he wanted except Byrd. And the guys he kept were highly sought after guys. Again, we need to compare apples to apples. This stacks up with the transition classes of other powers, especially when the previous coach was fired for performance.
Richt is proven as a recruiter. If he can produce on the field, we will stack top classes. My biggest concern is that we dropped good local players like Phillips and Wiggins.
