Nate Dortch Tweet -TIFWIW

You guys are atrocious. You have no idea what happened with him, and have no idea of what it's like playing major college football. You just twist and turn everything so that it fits your pro Golden narrative. The scapegoating and piling on and blaming of our players for everything is disgusting.

He's technically not "our player" any longer. Kinda feel like that "once a Cane, always a Cane" thing is only applied to kids you might feel sorry for. Arthur Brown still considered a Cane? I'd venture to say he gave the same "Greentree blood, sweat and tears" and actually contributed during games- which is more than we can say for this kid. No ill will toward him obviously but I'm not going to lose any sleep over what he may or may not be insinuating either.

Tell us more.

Just kidding. Dortch single handedly lost 3 games for us last year. Were back on a Golden Road to a title!!!!

For some reason me thinks if butch had stayed at UNC, Nate would have turned into a solid player for them.

And the ones that trash the players are usually the first in line to defend the coaches (Al Golden specifically)

What about players like AJ Highsmith and Kacey Rodgers? How much **** have they gotten on this board? But that's right, you geniuses believe that they are supposed to develop themselves and blame them for our defensive woes rather than the adults in charge of making them better.

Of course. They have a weird alliance to a guy who has no real loyalty to here (but but but who can blame him, it was his alma mater!!) and bash the kids who actually playing the game. If I see another post about Rodgers or Highsmith I might throw up.

Yeah but those guys actually saw the field. If your starters are mediocre then that might be attributed to lack of player development by the "adults". Dortch was completely inconsequential here so I'm going to think that just shows there wasn't much to actually develop in the first place. Nonetheless, best of luck to him. No hard feelings on our end.

Oh so we can't put down each other....BUT, we can sure bash current and former players? Makes total sense now got it.

Just make sure you don't bash the coaches above all. Especially the one that tried to run off to Penn St. after getting embarrassed for the umpteenth time on national TV.
