Their fanbase is gonna get fed up with Frost soon. Frost was able to do what he did because of the conference UCF plays in. Look what Willie did with USF in the same conference. Fuente at Memphis then Norvell. Sumlin when he was at Houston and Herman whose had ups and downs at Texas

These guys think the same formula will work in a more competitive conference and it does to an extent and theyll have flashes here and there and will win some games against good teams but they cannot sustain it.

The jury is still out on PJ Fleck... he could be one that turns the tide.

I actually think Frost is a legit coach. I think you will see a drop off @ UCF after Frost's kids are gone. I just dont think you can get the type of kids to go to Nebraska for college like they used to when he played. Their level of athlete is near the bottom of the barrel in the Big 10. Washington and Oregon and snatching up the kids in the Northwest. Mid-west has a ton of competition for talent as well.

If frost targets UCF level guys that won't work in the big 10. I don't think he will be successful at Nebraska and UCF still kicking, and they r two years removed from him there so that roster is diverse af.

Good point...selling kids on Nebraska is tough

Didn't 25 kids just leave him this year? If he's so great, then why are players leaving him

I have no proof, but I would bet these kids have no idea what living in Lincoln nebraska is like. Throw that in and being home for a while during the pandemic and kids dont want to go back.

I do agree with you though. Something is not adding up with the amount of kids bailing on him. His IC limit is getting wrecked. Part of coaching is recruiting your kids to stay and not transfer. He's not doing a good job of that right now

How many transfers do they have! Frost has been there two years. Maybe he's weeding out Riley's recruits. Who knows either way they will never be better than 4th or 5th in the Big10.. always behind osu, meatchicken, psu, and wisky

this. he needs to target higher rated kids than UCF (AAC) level talent. wont fly in the big 10 where the talent is a step up.
