I had predicted earlier that he would flip to UM but didn't want to say why at the time.
But at the BBQ, he was telling the other Miami commits there that he was not signing with FSU and was going to flip soon and made them believe he was flipping to Miami but didn't say specifically that it would be Miami. But the flip is not a surprise at all, and he was planning it before they even sucked this season. I personally don't think he is worth a massive NIL deal, but no doubt he is a solid piece to a recruiting class. Texas has a good coach, big NIL and now in the SEC so don't blame him if he picked them but would have been nice to get him with us.
