That's the big one for me. There will be growing pains and we will lose some games in the process. Anyone expecting instant top 5, or even 10, rankings are being unreasonable. But we need to demonstrate that we can dominate the teams we should be dominating when we have such a large difference in raw talent. That just didn't happen under Manny, and he made every game a struggle even when the other team consisted of nothing but 1-3 star former recruits. That's the first sign of actual progress, and progress is something Manny never managed to accomplish.

Had to be genuine to try to win. Before the easy fans would believe but I saw through the curtains. And when u see through the curtains I would be lying to myself if I had hope then. I hated I saw through it I wanted to believe but inside u knew it was bad leadership and toxic business. Sucked to know and not enjoy Miami for years. But now I clap and I stand proud knowing that we are trying and putting our best foot forward with money and leadership.
