Man you gave me goosebumps imagining what it feels like to get coaching from Ray and Jon! "How to get off blocks and get downhill and how to mug the RB". I heard Pete mention #6 as well but he too didn't mention a name. I don't know anything about Jeudy except he's a fine WR, but I get the impression he's not one who wants to share the spot light with fellow SoFl players. If Al Blades is not a Canes then I'l be the first one off the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that there was a Q&A session between the recruits/parents and the current players. The coaching staff was not allowed in the meeting. Shaq answered most of the questions from the recruits/parents. I asked Shaq if he felt any difference in the physicality or speed of the game being that he was out there in the spring. He told me that he really didn't see too much of a difference due to him playing at a high level in High School and his size coming in!!!

That picture of Shaq and Ray was the closest thing to sunshine I've seen from Shaq, but who can blame him? What a thrill that must have been for him and all the recruits to have one on one contact to those legends. Any kid that doesn't come away from that camp not having a strong urge to be a Cane just doesn't get it. Thanks for the insight into the happenings. What a time to be a Cane!

We back because some guys that played here long ago were on campus? We aren't back to anything but hoping this year is different than recent years. Nothing has been accomplished

A class of Daquris Wiggins, Pope and X. Williams would be nice, but I see Pope crystal Balled 100% to Bama (phucking sick of them!).

U are right...an emotional high on wishful thinking will be all for not..if we don't win...But we are in a better place today...We were hoping to win now we are expecting to win..

All the right things are being done. What will cement the deal is winning. There will be all kinds of talk, but Miami is fighting off programs which have been winning consistently, and have solid coaching staffs, and unfortunately, sometimes some sketchy recruiting tactics. It's the right start. Compare the level of recruits that were at the camp, vs Shannon and Golden.
