Morrison's arrest

In the video, Morrison is seen walking by a police car on the left side, and immediately being directed to come to the front of the car by an officer wearing a vest identifying him as a member of the Alachua County Sheriff's Office's K-9 unit. After briefly resisting, Morrison is forcibly restrained by two officers and moved to the hood of the car; a third officer joins the effort to restrain Morrison, who continues to resist arrest, and assists in putting Morrison in handcuffs. After the officers search Morrison, he is moved to the back seat of the officer's vehicle.

Nobody would be in danger if you spit in an officer's face, or took out your dong and pi$$ed on his leg, either, but both will get your a$$ arrested.
All this cop hate.....just don't understand it. Can you imagine if there were no cops? Total anarchy, not unlike the **** that goes on in many 3rd world countries.

We have laws, and must have people to enforce them. Are all cops good? **** no, but to hate all cops is just plain ignorant. Consider them a necessary evil if you must, but they are absolutely necessary.

Most cops are crooked cops simple as that, and what i mean by most is 9/10 cops... you ever heard of the saying "absolute power corrupts absolutely".... either you are the cop that is corrupt or the one that allows corruption to go on around you. either way they are a part of the problem.

what does that even mean?? is anyone purely good?.... thats not the point, it's about knowing that you have a Badge that gives you authority over a persons life and with that said there is a responsibility that is suppose to come with that, but we have allowed cops to totally ignore that part of the job description b/c there is no accountability.

A guy tags some buildings... is it illegal, yes, does that mean b/c he committed a non-violent illegal act that he deserves to be killed before he even sees a trial??... NO, but things like that happen all the time. But if i kill that same person for tagging my house, i'm doing life in jail. Cops are above the law and since they know it they know they can get away with just about anything... come up with some retarded reason "uh uh the suspect blinked to fast, so i shot him 10xs" and its all good.

Then ppl who think like you allow them to walk around like Judge Dredd just b/c they havent effected your life or liberty, yet.

LOL @ all the posters that think police officers are necessarily good. Are there good cops? YES. Are there dirty cops? YES.

But what people tend to forget are the in-betweeners... Are there Cops that will take out their stress on perps when they find out their respective wives cheated? **** STRAIGHT. Are there Cops that game the system so they get absurd amounts in Overtime, early retirement, and benefits? PROBABLY MORE SO THAN THEIR CIVIL SERVANT COUNTERPARTS. Are there good, bad, and average Cops that embellish their recounting of events for an arrest? EVERYONE DOES IT - IT IS THE PROSECUTION'S (AND ALL PARTIES INVOLVED) NATURE TO PAINT A SELF-SERVING NARRATIVE INSTEAD OF SEEKING THE TRUTH.

I will not categorically say F cops, because that wouldn't be fair. At the same time, Cops need to understand that they are in operation by the consent of the people.
