Canecuntry, relax. I think what my man Rok is trying to get at is we have a new thread about Golden getting it on a daily basis it seems like, we don't need anymore until we see results.

I don't want proof that "Golden gets it" until he can prove that we have proof that "Golden gets it".
 
Honestly, didn't realize this guy was going to be such a great hire for the program. Head Coaching is more about the Jimmy's and Joe's than the X's and O's in college. Especially when you have such fertile recruiting grounds. We have the talent to really distance ourselves from the rest of the ACC on a regular basis. Our dominance over the ACC could easily be similar to the Big East right before we left. Think about what Golden has done in the midst of sanctions with a bad team for 3 years. He hasn't been able to sell a winning product, in either recruiting, or in ticket sales. We will be better this year, recruit better, draw better, and I have faith in us improving even more next season.

For the first time in a decade I can say with confidence, and not just out of blind hope, that this thing is moving in the right direction.
 
I would say I can't wait for the season to begin so we finally can have legitimate football discussion, but unfortunately it's been proven that's when the trolls multiply, overreacting to every swing of the pendulum for the sole purpose of being contrary and getting a reaction. And the usual suspects will still fall for it again and again.

Reading message boards has grown extremely tedious.

The problem with most fans is impatience. I'm not sure how many people understand the condition on the Miami program before golden took over. This team first has to win the coastal, then win the ACC, and get to a major bowl before we can win it all. Golden is the man for this job, lets just be patient.
 
So Golden does a small( yet notable) favor for a media guy( thus perhaps, making an ally for the program)?

Seriously, this guy sucks. He absolutely, does NOT get it.

what we need to hope is Golden doesnt take any of the numerous NFL and SEC offers coming his way after this season. Trust me.

They'll be knocking on the door sooner than later. All of this exposure is making him look like a prodigy.
